Programme terms

1. Earn 1 point per whole £1 of eligible completed purchases, after discounts. Delivery charges, gift-card purchases and refunded amounts do not earn points.
2. Points awarded on refunded purchases are reversed. A balance may become negative if those points have already been redeemed. Published event cancellation terms apply separately.
3. Spendable points decrease when redeemed. Membership tiers use lifetime earned points; redemption does not reduce lifetime points. Refunded earnings are reversed.
4. Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity. Signing in and opening your rewards account, a completed purchase or a reward redemption counts as account activity. The account shows its current expiry date.
5. One points reward per booking or merchandise purchase. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless explicitly stated.
6. VIP upgrades and complimentary standard tickets depend on availability and may exclude premium or private events. The Golden Ticket is capped at £50.
7. The Phantom Merchandise provides £20 off a merchandise subtotal of at least £20 and is applied at checkout. It does not discount postage.
8. Other rewards are requested from your account and fulfilled by the team after eligibility and availability checks. Requested points are reserved immediately and restored if the team cancels an unavailable reward. No ticket, upgrade or video access is guaranteed before confirmation.
9. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Benefit availability is shown by the team for each eligible event or item.
10. Your account keeps a points transaction history and reward-request history. For queries about balances or redemptions, contact the team with the relevant order reference.
