If TTE cancels an event and cannot provide the booked experience, customers will be offered an appropriate refund or alternative remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

3.4 Postponements

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, TTE will notify customers and explain the available arrangements. Customers retain any statutory rights that apply.

3.5 Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights that customers have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable legislation.
