The Bear Hotel: Shadows of the Past

February 2027 — exact date to be confirmed

The Bear Hotel

Dating back to the eighteenth century, The Bear Hotel has a fascinating history and is said to have welcomed some remarkable visitors, including Queen Victoria, Winston Churchill and US President Dwight D. Eisenhower. But it is the stories surrounding the hotel after dark that make this location particularly intriguing. Reports tell of a former housekeeper associated with Room 22, where guests have described unexplained footsteps, strange activity around the beds and the unsettling feeling that someone is still present. The cellar has its own collection of stories. Doors are reportedly heard opening without explanation, objects have allegedly moved unaided, and accounts describe the sound of children's laughter echoing through the darkness. Some visitors have also reported sensing a child's presence. Perhaps most intriguing are accounts of a mysterious woman dressed in Victorian clothing, reportedly seen walking along the upper corridors before seemingly disappearing into the walls. What remains within these historic walls? Join TTE as we explore the hotel's history, investigate its reported paranormal activity and use a range of investigation equipment to see whether anything might reveal itself. Will we hear the footsteps of the former housekeeper? Will the cellar give up its secrets? And could the mysterious Victorian figure make another appearance? Come with an open mind, prepare for the unexpected and discover whether the past is truly behind us. THE LIVING. THE DEAD. THE UNEXPLAINED. Some stories never leave.
